Role Description

Cyberhill (Cyberhill.ai) is seeking a high-performing, technical AI Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Sales team as a Sales Engineer. Must have strong background in the Semantic Layer including ontologies, knowledge graphs and axioms. In this role, you will be the primary technical authority during the enterprise sales cycle. You will translate complex enterprise challenges into high-value AI, machine learning, and data architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Technical Leadership & Deal Strategy
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive complex, multi-million dollar AI solution sales cycles.
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor to client CTOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers, and Lead Data Architects.
  • Lead end-to-end technical discovery, mapping customer operational pain points to scalable data and AI solution architectures.
  • Deliver dynamic, outcome-focused product demonstrations that go beyond static slides to show live LLM/Agentic workflows, ontology builds, and real-time data pipelines.
• Solution Design & Enterprise Architecture
  • Develop demonstrations on Cyberhill’s Runtime AI Fabric, Cerebro and Wovlerine with synthetic data and customized user experiences.
  • Design robust enterprise ontologies, semantically linking disparate customer data silos (ERP, CRM, operational databases) into unified business models.
  • Address complex enterprise architectural constraints including fine-grained access control (RBAC/ABAC), data governance, air-gapped/cloud deployments, and LLM evaluation/guardrails.
• Proofs of Concept (POCs) & Prototyping
  • Scope, build, and deliver high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Value Proofs directly within target enterprise data environments.
  • Write custom code (Python, TypeScript, SQL) to ingest synthetic customer data, deploy LLM chains/agents, and present operational UI workflows in days rather than months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) selling enterprise software, AI platforms, or cloud data infrastructure.
• Exceptional experience with ontology and knowledge graphs.
• Prior hands-on experience building, architecting, or selling Palantir (Foundry, AIP, or Gotham), or equivalent modern AI/Data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, C3.ai, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL (TypeScript/JavaScript or Java a strong plus).
• Experience with PySpark/Spark, LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent architectures.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, graph models, semantic data layers, and enterprise ontology frameworks.
• Proven track record of co-owning revenue targets, leading technical evaluations, overcoming technical objections, and winning competitive RFPs/POCs.
• Exceptional ability to translate dense, highly technical AI concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences (C-Suite, VP of Data/Engineering).

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) role at Palantir, Scale AI, or similar high-growth AI organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP features (e.g., AIP Logic, AIP Agents, Ontology SDK, Logic/TypeScript functions).
• Background in highly regulated enterprise industries (Defense/Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Energy).
• AWS, Azure, GCP, or Palantir certifications.

• Salary Range: $120,000 – $170,000 Base + OTE Variable Commission 2x Total Compensation
