[Hiring] AI-Native Software Engineer @Playrix

Role Description

We're building an AI-first engineering culture where AI is a full-fledged part of development: we create agentic workflows, introduce new tools, and constantly look for ways to move faster without compromising quality.

The AI-Native Software Engineer will build game features and events using AI at every stage of development, and will also evolve the team's AI tools and practices.

Tasks

• Develop game features and events using AI tools
• Work end-to-end: from research to launch and ongoing development
• Develop the AI tools our team uses to create game events
• Improve the architecture and codebase so that new features are easier and faster to build and evolve
• Own the quality and stability of your solutions in production

Qualifications

• AI-native approach to development: experience with AI agents and other AI tools at various stages of the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, review, and debugging
• 3+ years of commercial development experience
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar code, technologies, and domains, and to make well-grounded engineering decisions
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end
