Your work directly supports machine-learning research and facial recognition model training at TELUS by capturing real-world variation across:

• Lighting
• Poses
• Expressions
• Accessories
• Environments
• Aging

This will help improve model accuracy and robustness.

• Attention to detail in documenting real-world variations such as lighting, poses, and expressions
