Role Description

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join its innovative team.

• Workload: Up to 200 Hours
• Working Hours: Philippine Time Zone
• English Level: B2+

Project Responsibilities

• Build the Journey 1 AI agent using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
• Design and implement state machines, prompts, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms based on the agreed conversation design.
• Integrate the agent with the mini-orchestrator platform and OTP verification flow.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems and APIs using tool-calling capabilities.
• Lead system and integration testing activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified defects.
• Ensure reliable agent behavior through validation, error handling, and fallback strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building LLM-based conversational agents using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
• Proven expertise in Prompt Engineering, guardrails design, and fallback strategies.
• Experience integrating AI agents with external APIs through tool-calling frameworks.
• Solid understanding of conversational AI architecture and orchestration patterns.
• Experience designing customer-facing AI solutions for regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Knowledge of AI testing, evaluation, and quality assurance practices.
