[Hiring] AI Content Operations Manager @Insider One

Role Description

We’re looking for a curious, creative and highly organized AI Content Operations Manager to help build the next generation of Insider One’s global content marketing function. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, Brand and Communications, you will act as both the architect and operator of our AI-powered content engine. You will design the agents, automations and workflows that help us create high-quality content faster and deploy it consistently across the business.

This is not a traditional content marketing role. You will combine strong editorial judgement, campaign thinking and hands-on AI expertise to deliver content across:

• Social media
• Video
• Blogs
• GEO
• Executive communications
• Internal communications
• External communications
• Integrated campaigns

What You Will Do

• Design, build and continuously improve AI agents, automations and workflows for content creation, adaptation, approval and distribution.
• Review and edit all marketing content using your best judgement and taste, and subject matter expertise.
• Create and deploy content across social media, paid advertising, blogs, website pages, GEO, email, video, executive communications, internal communications and external communications.
• Own the day-to-day operation of Insider One’s AI-powered content engine.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates, knowledge bases and content frameworks that improve speed, quality and consistency.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns in collaboration with Brand, Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, PR, Regional Marketing and other teams.
• Repurpose and personalize core content across different channels, formats, audiences and regions.
• Maintain strong editorial standards, ensuring AI-assisted content is accurate, relevant, on-brand and commercially effective.
• Establish practical governance and quality assurance processes for AI-generated content.
• Evaluate new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve productivity across the wider marketing organisation.
• Measure content and workflow performance, using insights to improve output and efficiency continuously.
• Roll up your sleeves and execute, moving confidently between strategy, systems building, editing and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across content marketing, campaign marketing, editing or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Demonstrable experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing environment.
• Experience building AI workflows, automations, agents or repeatable content production systems.
• Excellent writing, editing and editorial judgement across multiple formats and audiences.
• Strong understanding of campaign development and cross-channel content delivery.
• Experience working with senior executives and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling communications.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO and modern content performance best practices.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
• A systems mindset, with the curiosity and confidence to experiment, learn and challenge existing ways of working.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, AI platforms or marketing technology is an advantage.
• Comfortable balancing automation with human creativity, judgement and accountability.
