[Hiring] Worship Technical Specialist @Lifeway

Role Description

Lifeway is seeking a Worship Technical Specialist to serve as a key resource for Lifeway Worship, blending technical expertise with a heart for ministry to support churches and worship teams across the country. In this role, you will:

• Manage digital and physical worship assets.
• Provide advanced technical support for LifewayWorship.com.
• Collaborate with programmers, legal, and ministry leadership on strategic worship initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands both the technical and ministry dimensions of worship resource development and wants their work to have lasting impact in the local church.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Music, or a related field, required.
• Master's degree, not required.
• Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, digital media, or a related field.
• Experience in local church music ministry.
• Experience in web design and development.
• Technical troubleshooting and web platform support.
• Digital asset management and organization.
• Vendor coordination and order fulfillment.
• Clear written and verbal communication across phone, chat, and email.
• Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2-4 times annually for team gatherings.
