We are looking for a Workforce Software Certified Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, particularly in job scheduling and workforce management implementations. This role requires deep expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workforce Software environments across scheduling and compliance-driven use cases.

Qualifications

• Workforce Software Certified Consultant (mandatory)
• Strong experience with WFS job scheduling
• Hands-on experience with Workforce Software products:
• Time & Attendance
• Scheduling
• Absence management (preferred)
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts:
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Labor laws
• Overtime
• Compliance
• Experience in system configuration, rule building, and policy modeling

Requirements

• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of payroll interfaces and system integrations
