[Hiring] Warranty Coordinator II @Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Role Description

The Warranty Claims Coordinator is responsible for the timely review of repair orders and purchase orders for warranty claim determination. The position will research and gather information to maximize warranty recovery and submit warranty claims to designated manufacturers efficiently.

Essential Functions

• Review repair orders and purchase orders for warranty claim determination. Create and submit warranty claims to designated manufacturers, adhering to manufacturer guidelines to ensure warranty recovery.
• Communicate with field management in regard to missing information on repairs, 4-15s, and chargebacks to increase Warranty credits and build Warranty/Field relationships.
• Communicate with Manufacturer representatives to improve warranty collection opportunities.
• Collaborate with Warranty Manager to identify process improvements and best practices.
• Special projects as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or Communications or HS diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience (Preferred).
• Two (2) years or more of Data Entry (preferred).
• One (1) year or more of Customer Service (preferred).
• One (1) year or more of Diesel Technology (preferred).
