Role Description

This job is fully remote and offers flexible, part-time contract-based opportunities.

Teach English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or World Languages for Middle School and/or High School.
Must have New York State public certification (required) and be authorized to work in the US.
Educators are particularly needed during daytime hours (8am EST-4pm EST) as well as after school hours.
Join our pool of educators who have access to our educator portal to select jobs aligned to your certification.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar.
Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.
Deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion.

Qualifications

Must have a valid New York State public professional teaching certification in any CORE NYS subject.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
Prior virtual teaching experience is a plus!

Requirements

Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
