[Hiring] Virtual Assistant @Alpha Iota BPO Sdn Bhd

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Virtual Assistant to support our daily account setup and management operations. The main responsibilities include:

• Account Setup: Create accounts per SOP, fill in profile/security details accurately, and verify configuration before moving accounts forward.
• Onboarding & Warming: Gradually build up account activity and profile completeness on a set schedule, staying within platform rules to avoid triggering security flags.
• Monitoring: Daily checks on assigned accounts for status changes, verification requests, or restrictions; escalate issues to a Team Leader rather than resolving them independently.
• Data & Reporting: Track account status in Sheets/Excel or an internal system; submit daily reports covering new setups, active accounts, accounts under review, and issues.
• Security & Compliance: Follow SOPs and platform policies, keep credentials/recovery info confidential, and report suspicious activity immediately.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in Social media, Marketing or related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency in following SOPs/checklists.
• Basic digital literacy (comfortable with multiple platforms, Google Sheets/Excel).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills (handling many accounts daily).
• Discretion and trustworthiness around confidential/security information.
• Ability to spot irregularities and escalate appropriately rather than act independently.
• Good attitude with a hunter mentality.
