Role Description

This is a remote position. Safar Staffing and Safar Bookkeeping are hiring a reliable Virtual Assistant to assist with business outreach.

• Remote international contractor
• 20-40 hours per week
• Pay: $4–$6 per hour, based on experience
• Some availability during U.S. Central Time business hours

Responsibilities

• Send approved outreach and follow-up emails
• Make professional business calls using provided scripts
• Research and verify decision-makers’ contact information
• Record every email, call, reply, voicemail, and follow-up in the CRM
• Schedule qualified meetings
• Submit daily activity updates and a Friday report
• Keep Safar Staffing and Safar Bookkeeping records separate
• Protect confidential company and client information

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport after selection for secure identity and age verification
• Professional telephone communication skills
• Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
• Previous outreach, customer service, sales, or virtual-assistant experience
• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
