Role Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. They can be located anywhere; however, we prefer the Americas or Europe.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including:

• Lead Prospecting
• Send personalized emails to client lists
• Research according to direction to look for other technology businesses and send a LinkedIn message
• Create new lead lists by searching a set business profile or following up with previously contacted clients
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Manage a contact list
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Perform market research
• Create presentations, as assigned
• Provide customer service as the first point of contact
• Understand how to do email outreach

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging English communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Solid organizational skills
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
