Role Description
We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities.
- Manage customer service inbox
- Manage calendar
- Meet weekly and discuss calendar, projects, statuses, etc.
- Manage personal tasks as needed
- Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
Qualifications
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Manager (a plus)
- Ability to keep client on track
- Ability to elevate issues as they arise
- Extremely detail oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Good grammar
- Deadline oriented
- Self-starter
- 10 hours per week
- MST, CST, EST Time Zones
