Role Description
As part of our GjirafaVideo team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Video Editing & Social Media Intern to help us grow through engaging content and ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and YouTube.
The Video Editing & Social Media Intern will support the team by editing video content, managing social media accounts, and assisting in the execution of ad campaigns. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video editing and social media management within a fast-growing multimedia platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit existing video content to create engaging social media posts for platforms like Facebook and YouTube.
- Assist in uploading and managing instream ads on Facebook and YouTube, ensuring that videos are properly monetized.
- Help manage GjirafaVideo’s social media accounts, posting regular updates, interacting with followers, and growing engagement.
- Assist with content creation and brainstorming new video ideas that perform well across social media platforms.
- Track and report the performance of social media campaigns and ads, offering insights on what’s working and where improvements can be made.
- Perform other accounting duties as required to support the Team.
Qualifications
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad platforms, YouTube, and general social media strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for video content, social media, and staying up to date with trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Albanian (English is a plus).
Requirements
- Nice to Have: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Prior experience in a social media or marketing internship.
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics).
