As Vice President of Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Sharetec’s infrastructure and security strategy. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that builds and manages scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions to support our company’s growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud and data center hosting environments, security best practices, and operational excellence. You will oversee the development and execution of an infrastructure roadmap, ensuring high system availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with security frameworks. Your leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure Sharetec’s infrastructure and security posture remains resilient, innovative, and customer-focused.

As Vice President of Infrastructure, you will:
- Define and execute Sharetec’s infrastructure and security strategy, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a strong culture of excellence, collaboration, and operational readiness.
- Lead cloud, data center, and security operations, ensuring best-in-class availability, performance, and compliance.
- Drive collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams to align technology initiatives with company goals.
- Manage risk, security, and compliance efforts, maintaining a strong security posture and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Optimize infrastructure investments, balancing performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
You should have:
- Proven experience leading infrastructure and security teams in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
- Experience working for a hosting service provider or software services company is preferred.
- Expertise in cloud and data center management, security frameworks, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience operating in a highly regulated industry, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A customer-centric mindset, ensuring infrastructure supports business growth and operational excellence.
- A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top technical talent.
- The ability to manage budgets effectively, aligning infrastructure investments with business priorities.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the states listed below. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
