Role Description
Sharetec is looking for a Client Account Executive to join our team!
If you are passionate about strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and playing a critical role in business expansion, the role of Client Account Executive may be for you.
This is a full-time, exempt, fully remote position requiring up to 50% travel, with a base salary of $60,000 – $80,000, plus commission, offering strong earning potential. Candidates must reside in one of the eligible states listed below.
As a Client Account Executive, you will:
- Drive revenue growth within Sharetec’s existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product adoption across responsible accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure customer success
- Leverage sales tools and data insights to optimize sales processes and improve performance
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Sharetec’s solutions
- Work with third-party partners to develop opportunities and enhance customer offerings
- Own, drive and lead the renewal process and contract negotiation for your set of accounts
Qualifications
- A customer-first mentality with a proven track record of driving retention and expansion
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the financial services or SaaS industry
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- The ability to adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to a growing organization
- A growth mindset, willingness to embrace challenges, and openness to feedback
