Role Description

We are looking for motivated, organized individuals interested in helping clients research and coordinate vacation experiences. The Vacation Coordinator assists travelers with researching destinations, comparing vacation options, organizing reservation details, and providing personalized support throughout the travel planning process.

• Research vacation destinations and available travel options
• Assist with resort, cruise, theme park, and vacation package planning
• Coordinate client reservation information
• Provide destination recommendations and travel resources
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Maintain organized records and follow-up schedules
• Complete travel supplier and destination training
• Provide continued assistance throughout the client's planning experience

Requirements
