Role Description

As a University Outreach Specialist at Risepoint, you will play a key role in expanding access to affordable, career-focused education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships within local communities.
• Promoting workforce-aligned degree programs.
• Supporting university partners.
• Crafting and implementing tailored outreach strategies at local, state, and regional levels.
• Representing Northwest Missouri State University (NWMSU) and recruiting qualified students into online healthcare degree programs throughout the state.

This is a remote position that requires at least 75% of domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or healthcare industry related experience.

Requirements

• Operational excellence with highly competent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Results-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications, CRM/Salesforce, and other systems.
• Ability to successfully manage a large geographic area.
• Must reside in Missouri and live within a commutable distance of Northwest Missouri State University (NWMSU).
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Experience That Matters Most

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in hospital/healthcare sales.
