Role Description

CTG is hiring a UKG Workforce Management Consultant with strong expertise in Timekeeping and Configuration to support a high-impact HR transformation initiative. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.

• Configure and implement UKG WFM Timekeeping solutions
• Translate business requirements into system configurations (pay rules, accruals, compliance)
• Partner with HR and business teams to optimize workforce processes
• Drive HR transformation initiatives using process improvement and design thinking
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG Timekeeping & Configuration
• Background in consulting and workforce management solutions
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience in HR transformation or process optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $80.00/hour.
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
• In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
