Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Typist to join our team on a remote basis. This role is critical to our operations and involves high-volume typing, document formatting, and data entry, with an immediate focus on CV typing. If you have a fast and accurate typing speed and are available for urgent work, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Type and format Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and other recruitment-related documents according to company templates and client requirements.
• Input and update candidate information accurately into recruitment database and systems.
• Ensure all documents are professionally formatted, edited, and proofread for accuracy and consistency.
• Organize and maintain digital files and records.
• Handle all candidate and client information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar typing, data entry, or administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free documents.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet urgent deadlines.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Experience typing and formatting CVs is preferred.
