Role Description

We're running a paid study on enterprise resource planning software evaluation and selection. Our goal is to understand the core criteria and workflows that teams use when assessing new ERP systems. This feedback helps map the current landscape of enterprise software purchasing.

You will complete a 30-minute external survey detailing your recent experiences with ERP software. The survey asks you to:

• Walk through your evaluation criteria
• Selection timelines
• Stakeholders involved in the process
• Provide feedback on what makes a successful ERP implementation

The format is entirely asynchronous and text-based.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in technology leadership, IT management, or enterprise procurement
• Direct involvement in evaluating or selecting ERP software solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise software purchasing workflows and stakeholder alignment
• Comfortable completing a detailed, 30-minute written survey

Requirements
