Role Description

Technical Service Operation Center Managers (Surgical), Bridgewater, NJ.

• Conduct or oversee product evaluation of returned equipment.
• Assess equipment repair needs.
• Determine department training requirements and conduct and/or delegate training.
• Plan, conduct and oversee technical phone support activities.
• Determine workflow and labor rate.
• Set and oversee work schedules.
• Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., subject to ability to travel domestically approx. 95% of the time, up to approx. 5 days/trip, to install, repair and maintain ophthalmic surgical products.
