[Hiring] Team Lead - Trader @Hard Rock Digital

Role Description

The Trading Team Lead will report to the Trading Manager and will lead, train, and guide a team of traders based in the US, with responsibility for:

• Price creation and management
• Risk monitoring and communication
• Optimizing profitability

The Trading Team Lead will ensure the team adheres to US regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while achieving the business's financial objectives.

You will develop a strong command of our trading system architecture and how it interfaces with third-party suppliers. You may be required to deliver innovative, consistent, and bespoke pricing tailored to specific markets and demographics where required. You will bring deep knowledge of sports betting, odds compilation, and diverse trading strategies, along with hands-on experience in a sportsbook trading environment.

Requirements

• Ensure Sport Owners and traders are monitoring real-time exposure
• Identify sharp action, set appropriate limits, and protect margin
• Oversee management and optimization of third-party odds and data feeds
• Review competitor benchmarking for pricing competitiveness
• Ensure data-driven analysis identifying value leaks and inefficiencies
• Coach and develop junior and mid-level traders
• Act as the primary point of contact between teams and partners
