We are engaging Tamil Bilingual Experts to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Qualifications

• Tamil native proficiency
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy

Requirements

• Listen to audio clips in Tamil and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Tamil language understanding and generation
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality
