[Hiring] Student Housing Market & Feasibility Analyst @AlphaX

Role Description

AlphaGov is engaging a Student Housing Market & Feasibility Analyst for current higher-education work. A State University of New York campus needs a housing market analysis and feasibility study.

What you'll do:

• Analyze student demand, enrollment trends, and off-campus market supply
• Run student surveys and focus groups
• Build financial feasibility and delivery models (including P3)
• Recommend unit mix, phasing, and pricing
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in student housing or higher-education real estate market analysis
• Financial feasibility modeling experience
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Requirements

• P3 student housing experience (nice to have)
• SUNY or public university experience (nice to have)
• Survey design skills (nice to have)
