[Hiring] Startup Founders Coach @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced startup founders coach to work with entrepreneurs building their own companies. This role includes:

• Guiding founders through ideation and business strategy development
• Conducting market research and go-to-market strategy
• Assisting with fundraising and venture capital strategy to help secure funding
• Supporting branding, app development, and web development
• Applying AI fundamentals, AI agents, and AI automation to modern startup operations
• Providing additional support with hiring, compensation strategy, contract drafting, and legal research
• Helping with resume, cover letters, and interview prep for founders navigating hiring decisions or their own career transitions

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience founding or advising startups
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping founders navigate the many facets of building a company

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every founder.
