[Hiring] Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead @Ethos Risk Services

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead to join our team. An SIU Team Lead oversees a team of SIU coordinators, schedules, coordinates, prepares, and monitors the assignments of our field investigators. The position reviews and/or edits written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy. The Team Lead updates and communicates with clients, creates invoices, monitors costs, and cross-sells other services to clients when opportunities arise. This position will train new Coordinators and communicate with other departments, including sales and operations managers, to provide updates to files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation claims (required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bonus)

Requirements
