Role Description

This role is for one of our clients. We are hiring Castilian Spanish Voice Actors to work directly with a leading AI lab, improving their model's ability to handle and produce audio data.

• Compensation: $35-$250 per hour
• Professional experience in Voice Acting is greatly preferred but not required.

• You must be a native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain.
• You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project.

Project logistics:

• Participants are paid $250 USD per finished hour, based on the length of submitted audio.
• Commitment of 2-10 hours per week.
• Rolling start — onboarding begins once your contract is accepted and ID verification clears.
• Availability for a kickoff call is required.

Requirements

• Ability to speak in a "customer service" voice — neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, consistent pacing.
• Close attention to punctuation, commas, and dashes; recording transcripts exactly as written or editing them to reflect natural pacing is very important.
• A professional audio recording setup:
  • Home studio with a professional-grade microphone
  • Soundproofing
  • Audio interface
  • Pop filter
  • Editing software for post-production
• Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end, and no audible breathing.
