Role Description

Join Papier as a Sourcing Administrator!

You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground in China. This is an outsourced, China-based role supporting our UK Sourcing team across the end-to-end sourcing process:

• Product development
• Sample chasing
• Factory inspections
• Delivery to our warehouses

You'll own the admin that keeps our products moving:

• Accurate SKU and PO set-up
• Well-organised samples
• Timely, quality-checked orders

Working closely with our UK-based Sourcing Manager, you'll help keep our orders on track and our product data spot-on. This is a mid-level role with full remote support from our UK Sourcing Managers and regular travel to supplier factories, making it perfect for someone organised, detail-loving, and keen to learn how great products get made.

Qualifications

• You're a whizz with Excel and enjoy following processes and procedures.
• You're brilliantly organised - you can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.
• You're a clear, confident communicator, comfortable working across teams and with third parties like factories and inspection agencies.
• You're a problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• You've got incredible attention to detail and always look for the best way of doing things.
• You're happy to travel regularly to supplier factories across China.
