[Hiring] Solutions Consultant @Bridger Photonics

Role Description

To assist in our growth, we seek an outstanding and motivated Solutions Consultant. The successful candidate will work as a member of Bridger’s Sales and Solution Consulting team, partnering closely with Sales to focus on supporting our pre-sales technical sales efforts, technical solutioning and value realization throughout the full customer journey.

This role will be responsible for understanding our customers' unique operational and technical challenges and guiding them through the implementation of our methane detection and measurement solutions. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will serve as a crucial liaison between customers and our Product Development and Marketing teams, ensuring that client feedback shapes both our future products and marketing messaging needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical consulting or solutions-oriented role within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions in gas detection, emissions control, or related fields.
• Experience working with production, midstream, and distribution companies is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of methane detection and leak monitoring technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop client-specific solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions for clients.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to client sites and industry events as needed.
