Role Description

Hippocratic AI is positioned to own the standard for inbound AI in healthcare. This role is a Solutions Architect for Inbound AI Deployments, where you will define the playbook for how deployments are executed.

• Build a system that synthesizes best practices from health system deployments.
• Work with customers to create frameworks that scale from individual successes to a repeatable offering.
• Define the methodology that becomes the industry standard for inbound AI in healthcare.
• Split time between health system partnerships, product engineering collaboration, and internal enablement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Domain expertise in patient access, call center operations, or inbound workflows.
• 8+ years in inbound/patient access technology or healthcare operations.
• Deep hands-on experience with inbound AI or contact center automation.
• Proven track record building repeatable systems.
• Full-lifecycle ownership mindset.
• Product thinking with operational execution.
• Communication and persuasion skills.

Requirements

• Define the core methodology for inbound AI configuration and decision tree architecture.
• Partner with health system and health plan customers on inbound AI deployments.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure methodology is technically sound.
• Codify methodology into frameworks, playbooks, and training materials.
• Define strategic positioning of inbound solutions against competitors.
