Role Description

Have a knack for turning complex technology challenges into smart, practical solutions? We'd love to meet you! ProviNET Solutions is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside Sales and Engineering to design technology solutions that meet client needs, support business goals, and deliver long-term value.

You'll serve as a technical resource throughout the pre-sales process, leading client discovery, evaluating existing infrastructure, developing solution designs, and creating project scopes, equipment estimates, and implementation plans.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead technical discovery and infrastructure assessments with prospective and existing clients.
• Design and recommend networking, security, server, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), project scopes, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Create project plans and professional services labor estimates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Engineering to deliver practical, supportable solutions.
• Present technical recommendations and communicate solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related field.
• Strong networking knowledge, including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and network security.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Experience developing technical designs, project scopes, SOWs, and labor estimates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous MSP or IT consulting experience is a plus!
