We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Data Cloud. This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

A Data 360 Solution Architect plays a highly hands-on role in shaping client success, leading discovery, design, and delivery of data architectures that unify customer data and power activation across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Deepen mastery across Data 360, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud Next, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Independently research, test theories, and figure things out in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Lead workshops, conduct discovery, challenge assumptions, and translate complex business goals into scalable data architectures.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with customers and understand their data landscape and business processes.
• Partner with Sales as a strong presales contributor to define solution strategy and scope new opportunities.
• Advise on zero-copy integrations, data virtualization patterns, and architectural tradeoffs.
• Serve as a recognized technical authority on data modeling, identity resolution, and AI enablement requirements.
• Identify risks early, proactively communicate with PMs and clients, and ensure delivery teams build solutions aligned with architectural intent.
• Guide consultants through story creation, review pipeline designs, validate transformations, and develop junior talent.
• Go deep when needed, exploring architectural rabbit holes to resolve complex data challenges.
• Evaluate technical talent through functional and technical interviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce, including hands-on Data 360 implementation experience.
• Experience integrating Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Tableau strongly preferred.
• Aware of visualization delivery options for Data 360, including Lightning Web Components and external BI tools.
• Proficient in SQL and SOQL, comfortable reading Apex and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in implementation.
• Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
• Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market and technical conditions.
• Experience defining new architectures and the ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Demonstrated success managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
• Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
• Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to new situations and challenges.
• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate skills.

Benefits

• Salary range: $135,000 to $165,000.
• Compensation decisions are dependent on unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate.
• Base salary only; does not include benefits or variable compensation programs.
