[Hiring] Client Virtualization Solutions Architect @SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC)

Role Description

The Client Virtualization Solutions Architect (CVSA) is a team-oriented, self-directed, and reliable technical professional with experience in VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) Architecture. The role is responsible for:

• Design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Windows Virtual environment.
• Software distribution and product lifecycle management.
• Providing senior level operational support.
• Design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Citrix ADC for application delivery and load balancing.
• Acting as a technical leader within the department and organization.
• Understanding and defining Virtual endpoint environments in alignment with enterprise architectural plans and strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a technical field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Citrix certification is required (CCA-V minimum, CCP-V, or CCE-V preferred).
• Certifications in Microsoft Windows Server, MS Azure/Cloud, MS O365, VMWare, Cisco are a plus.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of proven hands-on experience engineering, implementing, and providing support for dispersed enterprise-level Nutanix and/or VMware virtualization systems.
• 10 years of direct experience with Citrix-based solutions.
• 7 or more years of experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining solutions in secure processing environments adhering to U.S. Healthcare regulations.
• 7 or more years of proven hands-on experience implementing, operating, and maintaining virtualization, storage, data protection, and networking services.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring and assessing virtualization and storage infrastructure systems for performance degradation and optimization opportunities.
