[Hiring] Solutions Architect @INSPYR Solutions

Role Description

Solutions Architect with 5+ years' experience working with Enterprise Identity Management platforms, SSO alongside SaaS systems; experience with SAML/SCIM. General knowledge and experience working with Enterprise customers.

• Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key accounts.
• Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding of business goals and industry trends.
• Implement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues.
• Collect customer feedback to translate customer issues into actionable product insights.
• Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies, and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale.
• Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• Combined experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer with client-facing experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and advise on enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration.
• Deep Identity and access management (IAM) expertise.
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences at prospects or clients.
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects.
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack.

Requirements

• Must be Fluent in Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response).
• Technical understanding of Facebook advertising products (including Ads and Pages API, Identity Platform).
• Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs.
• Experience with Swagger and Postman.

Benefits

• Compensation: $60-$80/hr.
• Duration: 12 months + Extensions.
• Schedule: 6pm - 2am PST Monday-Friday.
• Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
