Role Description

ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant/Technical Lead

Remote, US

Responsibilities:

• Help clients transform their business and solve complex problems
• Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions
• Defines, guides, and supports the execution of your technical governance processes
• Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
• Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities
• Maintain responsibility for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations
• Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow
• Develop and represent a deep understanding of our capabilities and our customer's businesses
• Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect, working across functional and technical projects
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
• Technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple products – ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD, Portal etc.
• Strong professional services and/or client facing experience
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and provide thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centered attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
• A degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or the Sciences
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired
• ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified Application Developer certifications preferred
