Role Description

The client is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Engineer to develop, configure, and support Integrated Risk Management solutions. The engineer will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and IT teams to automate governance, risk, and compliance processes within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• Implement and support Policy and Compliance Management.
• Configure Risk Management, Risk Statements, Risk Assessments, and Risk Events.
• Support Audit Management and regulatory compliance processes.
• Configure controls, indicators, control objectives, entities, and profiles.
• Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Build dashboards, reports, and risk-related metrics.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external systems.
• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Create and maintain data models and configuration specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and regression testing.
• Work with GRC/Risk stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Experience with:

  • Policy & Compliance
  • Audit Management
  • Controls
  • Risk Assessments
  • Regulatory Change
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.
• Flow Designer / Workflow.
• ACLs and ServiceNow security.
• REST/SOAP integrations.
• Reporting and dashboards.
• ServiceNow update sets and deployment practices.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow IRM/GRC Implementation certification.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk management.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, PCI-DSS.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Archer, RSA, OneTrust, or other GRC platforms.
