[Hiring] Senior Webflow Digital Producer @N4 Studio

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Producer who is more than a relationship-keeper, someone who is a genuine strategic partner to our clients. This is a retainer-focused role: you’ll own a portfolio of ongoing client accounts, not just one-off projects.

• Understand digital and speak credibly about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital marketing strategy.
• Brief delivery teams clearly enough that things actually get built right.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and bring those ideas to them.
• Own the client relationship at a strategic level: understanding their goals, spotting opportunities, managing their retainer budget wisely, and ensuring the work delivered moves their business forward.
• Webflow knowledge is required.
• Understand the platform and how websites are structured and delivered in Webflow.
• Comfortable working directly in Webflow to make smaller content, CMS, or site updates when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a senior Digital Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Producer role.
• A proven track record managing retainer accounts, not just projects, with the ability to grow and deepen relationships over time.
• Commercially sharp, with a clear instinct for spotting upsell and expansion opportunities and presenting them naturally to clients.
• Technically credible in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy.
• Strong Webflow knowledge, with a solid understanding of the platform and how Webflow websites are structured and delivered.
• Ideally, hands-on enough in Webflow to navigate builds and make smaller updates independently.
• A strong communicator and natural relationship-builder across both client and internal stakeholders.
• Calm and structured when priorities shift, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts without anything falling through the cracks.
• Experienced with tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms.
• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with teammates and clients globally.
• Full professional English proficiency required; resume must be submitted in English.

Requirements

• Owning a portfolio of retainer clients (N4+) as their primary strategic contact at N4 Studio.
• Leading roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts.
• Translating client goals into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams.
• Using your Webflow knowledge to effectively scope, brief and manage work being delivered across the platform.
• Making smaller updates directly in Webflow where appropriate, while knowing when work needs to be briefed into the wider design or development team.
• Proactively identifying and driving account expansion opportunities, including Webflow’s Optimise and Analyse products, and presenting them as natural recommendations.
• Managing retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching scope or budget risks early.
• Running regular governance calls and producing reporting that clients actually find valuable.
• Contributing to how the Client Success function operates, including improving how we scope, brief, and track delivery.
• Staying current on digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO/AEO and web performance, to bring informed perspective to client conversations.
• Based in either the ET, CT, or PT time zone to support our North American client base while maintaining as much crossover as possible with our wider global team.
• Open to discussing preferred working hours while ensuring enough crossover with clients and the wider team.
• Open to either full-time employment or a contract arrangement for the right person.
