Role Description

The Senior Web Producer is responsible for managing the production and delivery of website content and digital experiences that support marketing programs, campaigns, products, and corporate communications. This role translates approved business, content, and creative requirements into structured web experiences and coordinates cross-functional activities through publication and post-launch optimization.

This is a role for someone who brings strong digital production expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder web projects from brief to launch — while contributing to the growth and quality of a high-performing web team.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Manage the end-to-end production and publication of web pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, product content, customer stories, forms, and related digital content.
• Develop production plans, coordinate dependencies, and manage web deliverables through stakeholder review, approval, publication, and post-launch validation.
• Perform quality assurance testing across supported devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product marketing, communications, SEO, analytics, and development teams.
• Analyze available website data and stakeholder feedback.
• Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in web production, web content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong experience using an enterprise or component-based content management system.
• Strong understanding of website structure, page templates, components, metadata, forms, and responsive design.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, accessibility standards, and website quality assurance practices.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with limited oversight.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating web production activities for complex campaign launches, website releases, content migrations, and localization workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze website data and stakeholder feedback.
• Experience maintaining production schedules, documentation, content inventories, and launch records.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve moderately complex publishing issues.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
