[Hiring] Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist @Pearster

Role Description

At Pearster, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join a project for one of our international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic procurement, supplier negotiations, vendor management, and cost optimization. This role will focus on developing sourcing strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements, and improving procurement processes to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.

We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills who can independently manage sourcing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Lead and Build

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and service levels.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
• Manage RFQ and RFP processes, from supplier identification through proposal evaluation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and establish procurement KPIs.
• Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier proposals to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Support contract management and procurement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and managing sourcing processes.
• Strong knowledge of RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing processes.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
• Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to manage sourcing projects independently.
• Experience working with international suppliers (Nice to have).
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (Preferred).
• Based in LATAM.
• Availability to work full-time in a remote environment.
