[Hiring] Senior ServiceNow Consultant @Cloud Raptor

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work within its IT function. Based within the Enterprise Service Management Product Team and reporting to the IT Product Manager - ESM, this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support Enterprise Service Management, business workflows, and digital transformation initiatives. The role collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification or higher
• ITIL Practitioner Certification or higher
• Postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, with extensive relevant experience
• Equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and/or training

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow development, administration or platform engineering
• Strong experience configuring, developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, including:
  • ITSM
  • CSM
  • HRSD
  • CMDB
  • HAM
  • SAM
  • Contract Management
• Demonstrated experience developing and configuring ServiceNow capabilities, including:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Actions
  • UI Policies
  • Flow Designer
  • Workflow Automation
  • Catalog Items
  • Record Producers
  • Knowledge Management
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, security concepts and scalable solution design practices
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, middleware and third-party platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide and PowerShell, with exposure to modern frameworks such as .NET, Angular or React
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, cloud infrastructure, identity management and enterprise authentication mechanisms
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple business functions, systems and integration points
• Understanding of IT Operations Management, CMDB governance, asset lifecycle management and service management best practices
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Strong documentation skills, including solution designs, technical documentation, operating procedures, knowledge articles and stakeholder communications
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders at all levels
