Role Description

Great systems don't just work. They make everything else work better. Are you the kind of problem-solver who sees a complicated workflow and immediately starts figuring out how to simplify it? We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst to support one of our Australian clients and turn complex business challenges into smart, reliable technology solutions. This isn't just about keeping Salesforce running. It's about understanding how systems, processes, and people connect β€” and finding better ways to make them work together.

You'll take the lead in analyzing system issues, building Salesforce Flows, improving integrations, and strengthening data accuracy across business functions, including Finance, Membership, and Education. From identifying the root cause of a missing transaction to automating repetitive processes, you'll help deliver improvements that make everyday operations more efficient. Your mission? Less complexity. Better workflows. Smarter systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce, including Salesforce Flow, Experience Cloud, user permissions, and data structures.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and reduce manual tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies.
  • Gather and document business requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend system improvements.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce, online forms, payment platforms, and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving APIs, webhooks, and connected systems.
  • Improve data quality, system controls, and process reliability.
  • Support billing, payment processing, and financial data reconciliation workflows.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, process maps, and system configuration records.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Membership, Education, and other stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration, systems analysis, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, including Salesforce Flow and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience in business requirements gathering, business process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce permissions, data structures, and automation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Effective communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Relevant educational qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
    • Xero
    • QuickBooks
    • Stripe
    • Salesforce CPQ
    • Financial reconciliations and payment processing workflows
    • Membership-based organizations

Benefits

  • Permanent Work-from-home setup.
  • Day Shift Schedule.
  • Company-provided equipment.
  • Secondary Wi-Fi Modem.
  • 21 Leave Credits Annually - Leave benefits begin on Day 1.
  • 100% conversion of UNUSED leave credits.
  • HMO on Day 1.
  • 13th Month Pay.
  • Monthly Gift Voucher.
  • Milestone Tokens (Birthday/Anniversary/Christmas).
  • A Life Beyond the Screen #WorkLifeBalance.
  • Active employee engagements physically such as Christmas Party & Team Building, and virtual events such as town-hall with prizes.
