[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Specialist @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. EPAM is delivering a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment to establish a clear roadmap for a successful MVP launch by evaluating current capabilities, identifying gaps, and validating requirements. The project involves implementing a net-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced installation within the MedTech domain.

• Apply proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration across complex enterprise environments.
• Lead and mentor junior developers while overseeing development workflows and maintaining code quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, managing client communications effectively throughout the process.
• Maintain a detail-oriented focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions despite tight deadlines and shifting requirements.
• Make proactive decisions with strong maturity, independently prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized cross-functional team of 6-10 members, coordinating closely with third-party vendors.
• Apply familiarity with MedTech or other regulated industries, understanding relevant compliance and data sensitivity considerations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on, relevant experience in a similar role.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Oversee and support two junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery of development tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.
• Facilitate regular communication and alignment with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and project progress.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain solution stability and performance.
• Drive rapid MVP delivery by managing priorities, mitigating risks, and adapting to changing project needs.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration points to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Demonstrate decent communication skills with working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to understand business requirements and translate them into agentic architectures.
