[Hiring] Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist @EPAM

Role Description

We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to become part of our team. EPAM is rolling out a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform for a MedTech client, with the goal of delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) through swift evaluation and gap identification. The initiative is centered on creating a marketing solution that's both scalable and compliant, while linking seamlessly with current enterprise infrastructure.

• Draw on core understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud structure paired with fundamental integration practices applicable to large-scale enterprise settings.
• Pivot efficiently when project parameters change while meeting demanding, condensed delivery windows.
• Bring awareness of regulatory compliance factors and sensitive data handling practices common to MedTech and other heavily regulated fields.
• Function well as part of a cross-disciplinary group ranging from 6 to 10 people, alongside coordinating activities with outside vendor contacts.
• Take initiative in overseeing workload, managing several concurrent responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Approach problem identification, code correction, and quality assurance with careful, meticulous attention.
• Remain receptive to guidance from senior colleagues while playing an active part in technical dialogue and documentation creation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of relevant, applied experience in a similar capacity.
• Help develop and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations tailored to specific client requirements.
• Contribute to integration initiatives linking Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise platforms, keeping data synchronized throughout.
• Engage consistently in internal and client meetings to track project momentum and clarify technical direction.
• Identify and fix coding problems under the mentorship of senior staff, upholding reliable and consistent platform functionality.
• Support documentation efforts covering workflows, technical blueprints, and integration points for future use.
• Take ownership of assigned development responsibilities independently, raising concerns about risks or roadblocks when needed.
• Partner closely with a group of 6 to 10 colleagues, including analysts, product owners, and external vendors, to meet key project targets.
• Demonstrate adequate communication skills and functional English fluency (B2 level or above) to interpret business needs and shape them into agentic architectures.
