Role Description

A successful Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, driving operational excellence across the revenue organization. This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) processes and enabling scalable growth through data-driven insights, planning, and process improvement initiatives.

The position supports annual and ongoing GTM planning activities, including:

• Capacity modeling
• Quota allocation
• Compensation plan strategy
• Sales performance forecasting and reporting

It plays a critical role in developing, administering, and evaluating sales compensation programs that align incentives with business objectives and drive desired sales behaviors. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities across the GTM technology platforms. The role delivers actionable sales performance and productivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or related roles
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly self‑directed and proficient in owning initiatives end‑to‑end
• Proven experience executing complex cross-functional projects
