Role Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio across Geelong. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager who values autonomy, flexibility and work-life balance, with the ability to manage their portfolio remotely while being supported by an established and progressive business. The successful candidate will complete one week of training in the office before transitioning into a fully work-from-home arrangement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio independently
• Strong end-to-end Property Management experience
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems and process changes
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proactive, reliable and takes ownership of their portfolio
• Experience with Console Cloud and Reapit Suite is preferred

Requirements

• Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
• Managing routine inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and general portfolio administration
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers and internal support teams
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes are followed
