Role Description

We are seeking experienced Property Damage and Restoration Experts to support projects focused on property loss evaluation and restoration processes. The role involves reviewing damage evidence, assessing insurance coverage, evaluating restoration estimates, and providing expert insights for AI training and development. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review property damage evidence, including loss photographs, inspection reports, restoration estimates, and insurance policy documents.
• Prepare coverage assessments and review restoration estimates.
• Evaluate restoration scopes and estimate accuracy using Xactimate or similar software.
• Analyze flood, wildfire, and other property damage claims to determine causation and coverage issues.
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in clear, detailed reports.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to meet deliverable requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Provide industry insights to improve AI-driven tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in desk adjusting, coverage analysis, or property damage restoration estimating.
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate and restoration cost estimation.
• Experience evaluating complex property losses, particularly flood and wildfire claims.
• Good understanding of insurance policy coverage and property claims practices.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Current state adjuster license is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 hours per week workload.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends.
