[Hiring] Senior Partner Solutions Architect @Wiz, Inc.

Role Description

As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect – CSP, APJ based in Singapore, you will serve as the dedicated pre-sales technical counterpart to our CSP Alliance Manager, driving our technical go-to-market strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will build and execute joint technical strategies from the ground up, establishing deep alignment between Wiz and CSP partner engineering teams across the APJ theater.

As the trusted advisor and cloud security SME, you will educate, inspire, and enable CSP Partner Solutions Architects, cloud specialists, and security practitioners to position the Wiz + CSP joint value proposition. You will lead technical enablement initiatives—including hands-on joint workshops and interactive Capture The Flag (CTF) events—to win technical mindshare and build architectural preference among developers, cloud architects, and enterprise security leaders.

At Wiz, we view technical sales as a team sport. You will collaborate seamlessly with regional field sales, product teams, and CSP partner ecosystems to accelerate co-sell adoption and help mutual customers solve complex cloud security challenges at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience across Cloud Service Providers, with primary expertise in AWS (GCP and Azure knowledge strongly valued).
• Proven track record in a partner-facing technical sales, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering role within cloud security or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on technical background in container security, Kubernetes, virtual machines, and cloud operating systems.
• Strong understanding of DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating security guardrails into developer ecosystems.
• Solid foundation in cloud identity, IAM, access boundaries, certificates, and cryptographic keys.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical enablement, architect-level training, and interactive workshops (such as Capture The Flag / game days) to developer, cloud architecture, and security audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 40% across the APJ region as required.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience working at a major Cloud Service Provider.
• Advanced CSP certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, or equivalent GCP/Azure certifications).
• Familiarity with CSP co-sell workflows, partner technical competencies, and cloud marketplace integrations.
• Practical experience with legacy CSPM, CNAPP, or cloud-native vulnerability management tooling.
• Knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks, risk-based security assessments, and shared responsibility models.

Responsibilities

• Drive the pre-sales technical alliance strategy across APJ with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
• Deliver high-impact technical enablement, deep-dive architectural workshops, and hands-on Capture The Flag sessions tailored to CSP Solutions Architects, developers, and security practitioners.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for CSP partner teams, helping them integrate and recommend Wiz into enterprise cloud reference architectures.
• Partner with CSP Alliance leadership to deliver technical co-sell wins, support architectural validations, and engage executive stakeholders at CSP EBCs and regional forums.
• Present at major industry summits, CSP partner events, and executive technical briefings across APJ.
• Collaborate with Wiz Product and Engineering teams to channel feedback from CSP technical engagements into our joint integrations and product roadmap.
• Travel up to 40% across APJ for CSP partner workshops, customer co-sell sessions, and enablement summits.
