Role Description

The Senior Manager, Services Architecture & Education leads the Portfolio Architects within the Global Services Portfolio, serving as the strategic link that converts overarching portfolio strategy into technically credible consulting services and end-to-end Education programs. This position owns service design, Education strategy, offering creation, the On-Demand Training (ODT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) curricula, and the Training Subscription model.

• Own the architecture, methodology, scope, and outcomes of consulting service offerings.
• Direct the creation of net-new offerings and Education against the quarterly roadmap.
• Ensure the team owns the technical, service, and Education substance of its work.
• Set and maintain service design, content, and lab standards and templates.
• Set the direction for Professional Services Education across on-demand, instructor-led, and hybrid delivery.
• Be accountable for the TRG master curriculum and the ODT and ILT source content.
• Direct the priorities and evolution of the Training Subscription and track its adoption.
• Be accountable for overall maintenance health across services and Education.
• Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop the Portfolio Architects.
• Contribute to the weekly Portfolio Management Call.
• Act as the senior escalation point for portfolio content issues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in Information Security.
• 5+ years of experience in vulnerability management and broader cybersecurity operations.
• 7+ years of professional services, consulting, technical support, sales engineering, or technical training experience.
• Proven experience setting Education strategy and designing and delivering technical curricula.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical, content, or consulting teams.
• Exposure to the full offering or product delivery life cycle.
• Experience with cross-functional and cross-organisational program management.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and TCP/IP networking.
• Working knowledge of web application, container, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
• Working knowledge of instructional design frameworks and authoring tools such as Articulate.
• Both business and technical acumen, including budget management and capacity planning.
• CISSP, CISM, or PMP preferred.
