[Hiring] Senior Manager, Revenue Operations @Hello Heart

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to work across our revenue funnel, building the operational and reporting infrastructure for efficient execution at scale. You will use AI to transform our processes, arming our GTM team with actionable insights.

You’ll be connective tissue between GTM leadership, Finance & GTM Systems - heavily leveraging AI to understand the pulse and needs of the business and manage the operational infrastructure of our GTM engine.

If you are deeply operational and technically grounded, someone who lives in the details of how our GTM processes work and how our systems (especially Salesforce) reflect and support them, then this role is for you. This role reports to our VP, Revenue Operations & will play a key part in our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools including Claude to provide actionable performance insights.
• Deliver executive-ready strategic analysis that goes beyond reporting what happened to anticipating what's coming: where pipeline is at risk, where coverage is thin, and where the next opportunity is. Turn the recurring versions into durable, self-serve workflows.
• Deliver accurate forecasting & KPI tracking by ensuring accurate, complete & standardized data.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to GTM leaders for process design, documentation & management.
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement on change management, including training, documentation, and adoption tracking.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development, acting as the bridge between GTM teams and developers - protecting developers from scope creep and ambiguity, and protecting business stakeholders from solutions that miss the point.
• Manage cross-tool reporting fluency between Salesforce and connected platforms like Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
• Advanced AI skills with extensive experience building agents that integrate into your daily workflow.
• Deep Salesforce expertise is required.
• You must be able to architect reporting structures, write developer-ready requirements, and have an informed view on data modeling. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of translating GTM business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams.
• Fluency across the modern GTM tech stack: Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana, and similar. Reporting and analytics fluency across these platforms is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and communicate performance data to executive audiences.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, & Data.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually as needed.

Requirements

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 to $175,000.
• Salary ranges are determined by role and level.
• Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
